Phase 1
- Phone Consultation
  Contact is made between Jay Kay Systems Consulting Inc.® and the customer.
- On-Site Consultation
  A free one (1) hour on-site consultation is conducted to determin trouble areas in the workplace.

Phase 2
- Technology Assessment Profile
  a site survey is conducted to list, document and pinpoint any areas of concern.
- Proposal
  detailed proposal is provided indicating equipment, cost, approximate service duration.
- Scope of Work
  a part of the proposal, this document indicates exactly what service will be provided to the client.

Phase 3
- Procurement
  ordering will be completed based on signed approval of the proposal.
- Delivery of Equipment
  equipment will either be drop-shipped directly or configured in-house and sent to the client.
- Implementation
  Jay Kay Systems will execute and install your systems.
- Project Completion
  Once your project is complete, Jay Kay Systems can provide phone, on-site and remote support with service contracts.
